Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Alliance Ops ("the Service"), available at alliance-ops.com. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Alliance Ops is a fan-made tool to coordinate alliances in the game "Last War: Survival Game": Train OCR reading, tactical maps, Desert Storm and Canyon Storm planners, hive, calculators, roster, history, Discord publishing and a Global Map shared across alliances on the same server. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the game's creators; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
• You must provide accurate information and be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
• Roles within an alliance (owner, admin, editor, viewer) determine which actions you can perform.

3. Plans, payments and cancellation

• The Service offers a Free plan and paid plans Plus (USD 2.99/mo) and Pro (USD 4.99/mo), with the limits described on the plans page. Prices may change; changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
• Payments are processed through Creem. The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it.
• You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; you keep paid access until the end of the period already paid and no new charges are made.
• Right of withdrawal (EU): as a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw. However, as this is a digital service supplied immediately, by subscribing and starting to use the paid features you agree that performance begins immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has been fully performed.
• Except as required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once the period has been provided.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights;
• attempt to access data from other alliances or accounts, or bypass security measures;
• reverse-engineer, mass-scrape or overload the infrastructure;
• upload offensive, illegal or intellectual-property-infringing content.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you enter (roster, maps, plans, screenshots, etc.). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process that content for the sole purpose of providing the Service (including sending screenshots to the OCR providers described in the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for holding the necessary rights over the content you upload.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design and brand are owned by Alliance Ops or its licensors. "Last War: Survival Game" and related trademarks belong to their respective owners; Alliance Ops is an independent fan project.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, modify or remove features, and perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will try to minimise interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alliance Ops shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for data loss arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (including consumer rights).

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, by the law of the European Union. Disputes shall be subject to the courts determined under applicable consumer-protection rules.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page and indicate the last-updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.
