The problem

Your strategy shouldn't live in 40 screenshots and a Discord thread

Before every Train or every Storm, the information is scattered and the plan depends on one person. Alliance Ops brings it all into one place the whole alliance can see.

Before — scattered
  • Train screenshots scattered across chats
  • Rankings copied by hand into spreadsheets
  • Discord messages lost within hours
  • The plan lives in one person's head
  • Members enter the event with no context
After — coordinated
  • Organized, editable Train results
  • Saved, reusable event plans
  • Clear teams and roles before you start
  • Maps shared with the whole server
  • Accessible history and faster decisions
Weekly Train ranking

Who drives the Train is earned, not drawn at random

Every week you gather your event results and Alliance Ops turns them into an objective ranking. Use it to hand out the 7 conductor turns —one a day— for the following week by real contribution: no roulettes, no favoritism, rewarding whoever actually moves the alliance.

  1. 01

    Gather the week

Upload your event screenshots: the daily VS, donations, Desert Storm, Meteor and seasonal contributions.

  2. 02

    Score with criteria

OCR reads names and positions; each place is worth points (1st = 25) and you can apply multipliers (×2, ×3) on special weeks.

  3. 03

    Get the ranking

The app combines every event into a Total and ranks the alliance, with flexible roster name matching.

  4. 04

    Hand out the 7 turns

The top of the ranking drives the Train next week. No roulettes, no favors, and it all stays in the history.

Server coordination

A strategy table for your whole server

Alliance Ops's differentiator: several verified alliances share one map to split zones, draw routes and set objectives — without any of them losing control of their data.

Alliance A — north front Alliance B — support Alliance C — stronghold Neutral zone agreed
  • One board, many alliances

Approved server alliances edit the same map: routes, zones, strongholds and splits are visible to everyone.

  • Your data stays yours

You share the Global Map, but your roster, your maps and your history stay private — only your alliance members see them, by role.

  • Verified, controlled access

The President claims the server, a platform moderator approves it, and the President decides which alliances get in. No rivals sneaking in.

  • Clear coordination states

Mark responsibilities, neutral zones and agreed objectives so every alliance knows its job before the event.

FAQ

What alliances usually ask

What is Alliance Ops?
Alliance Ops is a web command center for Last War: Survival Game alliances. It brings together Train OCR, Desert Storm and Canyon Storm planners, tactical maps, roster, progress, history, publishing to Discord and a Global Map shared across your server's alliances.
How does the Train OCR work?
Every week you upload the screenshots of your event results (the daily VS, donations, Desert Storm, Meteor and seasonal contributions). The vision AI reads names and positions, each place scores points —with optional multipliers on special weeks— and the app combines everything into an objective ranking with flexible name matching. With that ranking you hand out the next week's Train conductor turns on merit, not by roulette or favoritism, and it all stays in the history. Each batch of screenshots counts as a single OCR use.
Does it work for Desert Storm and Canyon Storm?
Yes. It includes dedicated planners for Desert Storm and Canyon Storm with member assignment, positions, phased movements, factions, objectives and saved strategies to reuse across rounds.
Can several alliances on the same server use it?
Yes. Each alliance keeps its roster, its maps and its history private. The Global Map lets verified alliances on the same server coordinate routes, zones and objectives on a single board. The server President decides which alliances get in.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Alliance Ops runs from the browser on mobile and desktop, with nothing to install.
Is Alliance Ops affiliated with Last War?
No. It's a fan-made tool for players and alliance leaders. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of Last War: Survival Game.
